Ettalong Diggers on the Central Coast is seeking an experienced Assistant Catering Manager to support the Catering Department and drive exceptional hospitality across our food and beverage operations. Work closely with the Catering Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team in a busy club workplace.

Key duties include rostering, maintaining service standards, handling feedback, and deputising for the Catering Manager during leaves while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
