This varied role will be responsible for keeping our online orders, inventory and customer service running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

- Process, pick, pack and dispatch online orders
- Manage inventory and monitor stock levels
- Coordinate incoming stock and supplier orders
- Liaise with suppliers regarding stock availability and lead times
- Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email
- Assist with order, freight and delivery issues
- Maintain accurate product and inventory information in Shopify
- Keep the dispatch and stock areas organised
- Work with the team to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently

About you

- Organised, reliable and detail-oriented
- Confident using computers and learning recent systems
- A good communicator who enjoys helping customers
- Comfortable dealing with suppliers and following things up
- Able to work independently and as part of a small team
- Practical, proactive and willing to get stuck in
- Experience with Shopify, ecommerce, inventory or automotive parts is an advantage, but not essential
