WHAT YOUR ROLE WILL INVOLVE

As part of our Business Services team, you will gain hands‑on experience across a broad range of accounting and taxation work, including:

- Preparing financial statements and income tax returns for family groups, including trusts, companies, partnerships and individuals
- Preparing Business Activity Statements (BAS) and Instalment Activity Statements (IAS)
- Working closely with Senior Accountants and Managers to assist in preparing advice for clients
- Developing your knowledge of taxation, accounting and business advisory services
- Liaising with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) and other regulatory bodies when required
- Building relationships with clients

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

We are looking for someone who:

- Is studying, or intends to study, an accounting or finance degree, or has recently graduated
- Has a genuine interest in developing a career in accounting
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Is organised and has good attention to detail
- Is willing to learn and develop new skills
- Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team

Previous accounting experience is not essential.We are looking for the right person with the attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
