Key responsibilities

- Assembly of custom joinery in the factory.
- Install custom kitchens, laundries, wardrobes, vanities and other cabinetry on-site.
- Read and interpret cabinetry plans, specifications and installation drawings.
- Accurately measure and assess site conditions before and during installation.
- Complete on-site adjustments, modifications and finishing work where required.
- Identify and communicate site issues, discrepancies and potential delays promptly.
- Work collaboratively with the Foreman and workshop team to resolve installation issues.
- Liaise professionally with clients, builders, site supervisors and other trades.
- Use Monday.com to access job information, update progress and record relevant site details.

About you

- Previous experience in cabinet installation or a similar trade-based installation role.




- A strong understanding of cabinet installation techniques and processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
- Strong practical problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional, reliable and solutions-focused approach.
- A current driver's licence.
