We're looking for a motivated and reliable CNC Routing Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. Whether you already have signage or CNC experience, or you're a hands-on individual with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn, we'd like to hear from you.

About the Role

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for manufacturing high-quality traffic signs and commercial signage products while supporting daily production targets.

Key responsibilities include:

- Operating CNC routers and other production equipment





- Using hydraulic benders, guillotines, riveters, saws, and hand and power tools

- Light fabrication using aluminum, steel, Colorbond, and other substrates

- Producing quality products to specification and schedule

- Working collaboratively with other production team members

- Maintaining safe work practices and housekeeping standards

- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A solid work ethic and positive attitude

- Mechanical aptitude and confidence using tools and machinery

- High attention to detail

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards

Highly Regarded

- CNC router operating experience

- Signage manufacturing experience

- Sheet metal or fabrication experience

- Manufacturing or production experience
