Warehouse Supervisor - Food Production & Dispatch

Full-time | Brisbane | Growing Patisserie Producer

We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to join our rapid-paced wholesale kitchen and support our daily dispatch operations. This role works closely with our Assistant Manager and plays a key part in ensuring our products are quality-checked, correctly labelled, stored, picked, packed and ready for next-day delivery.

If you have a food background, love working with great products, and enjoy leading a small team in a structured, organised environment - this role is for you.

About the Role

- Work directly with the Assistant Manager to coordinate daily dispatch

- Lead a small warehouse team (4-6 people)

- Oversee finished goods from production through to storage, pick, pack and loading

- Maintain cold-chain, HACCP and food-safety standards

- Apply Just-In-Time (JIT) principles to ensure efficient flow of finished goods

- Support Lean Manufacturing practices to reduce waste and improve workflow

- Operate a forklift for pallet movement and warehouse organisation

- Complete ad-hoc deliveries once production is finished





- Maintain clean, organised cool rooms and work areas

- Support production planning and workflow when required

What You'll Bring

- A food background and a genuine love of food

- Knowledge of Just-In-Time (JIT) and Lean Manufacturing principles

- Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one)

- Clean and safe driving record

- Experience in foodservice, FMCG or warehouse picking

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Understanding of HACCP, OH&S; and cold-chain processes

- Ability to work calmly, safely and professionally

- A team-focused attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
