We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, maintaining strong tenant relations, and maximising returns for landlords.

What You'll Be Doing

- Coordinating all aspects of property management, including tenant selection, lease renewals, and routine inspections

- Addressing tenant inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally

- Conducting regular property inspections and preparing detailed condition and compliance reports

- Managing maintenance and repairs, including liaising with trades and contractors

- Preparing monthly financial statements and updates for landlords

- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements

- Delivering exceptional customer service to both tenants and property owners

What We're Looking For





- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar property management role

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships

- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities

- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

- Sound knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and other relevant legislation

- Proficiency with property management software and related technologies

- A positive, customer-focused attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
