A different direction for your salon career. An established luxury hair salon in Sydney’s Hills District is looking for a polished, organised and proactive Salon Receptionist to join its team. This is more than a traditional reception role. You’ll be at the centre of a busy, premium salon — managing the client experience, coordinating the salon floor and helping ensure each day runs seamlessly.

THE ROLE

- Delivering an exceptional front-of-house client experience
- Managing bookings, enquiries, cancellations and client communication
- Checking clients in and out and processing payments
- Coordinating the salon floor and supporting stylists throughout the day
- Managing daily workflow and keeping appointments running smoothly
- Assisting with stock, inventory and salon organisation
- Supporting administration and day-to-day salon operations
- Maintaining a polished and organised salon environment

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone who understands salons — the pace, the clients, the services and what it takes to keep a busy salon running smoothly. You’ll be confident,



highly organised and naturally proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining an exceptional level of client service.

You must have:

- Previous hair or beauty salon experience
- Strong hair/beauty industry knowledge
- Availability Tuesday–Saturday

Highly regarded:

- Fresha experience or confidence using salon booking and management systems
