Sesami is seeking a Junior Field Service Technician to join our growing team in Sydney, NSW. This is a full time position where you will learn the technical skills to support and maintain our machines to our valued customers in the field. As a Junior Field Service Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support whilst gaining valuable hands-on experience as a technican. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your technical skills and work towards becoming a skilled technician within a supportive environment.

What you'll be doing

- Responding to customer service calls and attending job sites in a timely manner
- Performing routine maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting on equipment and systems
- Installing, repairing, and replacing components as required
- Diagnosing technical faults and identifying appropriate solutions
- Documenting work completed and maintaining accurate service records
- Communicating effectively with customers to explain work completed and provide advice on equipment care
- Following all health and safety procedures and maintaining a clean and safe work environment




- Supporting senior technicians and learning best practices from experienced team members
- Assisting with inventory management and ensuring tools and equipment are properly maintained

What we're looking for

- A person who has an interest in electro-mechanical concept.
- A current driver's licence.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiasm for learning and developing technical skills on the job
