THE ROLE

Working within the bookkeeping team of this established accounting firm, you will manage a diverse portfolio of clients across a range of industries.

- Preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports including cashflow and budget reporting




- Financial reporting and forecasting support
- Banking, payroll processing, GST lodgements, BAS preparation, general ledger reconciliations, PAYG reporting
- Invoicing, AP/AR management and other core bookkeeping duties
- Liaising directly with clients and building strong working relationships

THE INDIVIDUAL:

- Proven experience managing multiple clients within an accounting firm
- Strong working knowledge of MYOB and XERO
- Professional, personable communication style with strong client service skills
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to support client growth
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and prioritisation skills
