Reporting to the Installation Manager, you will play an key role in ensuring our installation and warranty services run smoothly. This is a varied, hands-on position involving check measures, installation of cabinetry, warranty and service work, customer support, specialised cabinet assembly and occasional installations. It would suit a motivated and reliable person who enjoys variety, takes pride in their workmanship and is confident working directly with customers.

This role is Salary or contract per job.

Key responsibilities

- Assembling specialized cabinets and units according to order specifications
- Completing installations of kitchens, laundries, wardrobes and other cabinetry when required
- Completing accurate check measures from plans and elevations
- Attending customers homes to assess and complete warranty and service work
- Monitoring warranty bookings and completing works within the required timeframes




- Providing progress updates on outstanding warranty claims
- Liaising with the Installation Manager to ensure matters are handled promptly and efficiently
- Communicating professionally with customers regarding warranty and installation matters
- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and customer service

About you

- At least three years' experience in kitchen installation, cabinet making or a similar industry
- Strong cabinetry and installation knowledge
- Experience completing accurate site and check measurements
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good time-management and prioritisation skills
- The ability to work independently and complete daily tasks without supervision
- The ability to work efficiently within set timeframes
