Parts Interpreter / Customer Service Representative

Our client is a leading provider of specialised lighting, pumping, power generation, and mechanical equipment solutions. They support a diverse range of industries by supplying quality equipment, spare parts, and technical services to meet customers' operational needs.

What You Will Be Doing

- Provide customer and technical support for products and parts
- Handle customer enquiries, parts interpretation, and quotations
- Support sales and engine quotations
- Manage CRM cases, orders, and customer enquiries
- Process parts orders through the ERP system
- Track deliveries and coordinate with internal teams
- Maintain customer relationships and accurate records

What You Will Need





- Customer service and parts interpretation experience
- Knowledge of mechanical equipment, pumps, gensets, lighting, and diesel engines
- ERP, CRM, and Microsoft Office experience
- Ability to interpret parts and maintenance manuals
- Strong communication, customer service, and organisational skills
- Technical customer support or parts sales experience
- Knowledge of M3 is highly regarded
