About the Role:

Are you a networking ninja? We're looking for someone who's ready to step out of the store and into the world, turning every coffee chat, event and connection into an opportunity to grow a thriving client base. Skills Required:

- Minimum of 2 years in a retail or high-level customer service environment




- Proactively and creatively expanding your customer portfolio through networking and identifying business development opportunities beyond the store environment.
- Driven to achieve KPIs and store targets
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills that exceed expectations
- Experience in the Audio Visual industry is preferred but not essential; a keen interest in the industry, relationship-building expertise, and a willingness to learn are more important
- Experience in luxury retail sales will be highly regarded
