Job Description
This is an opportunity to join a major infrastructure project in a true HR Business Partner position, partnering with operational leaders across a large diverse workforce. Working within a supportive People & Culture team, you'll play a key role in driving workforce initiatives, managing employee relations matters from initial enquiry through to resolution and supporting leaders through change in a quick-paced setting.

Reporting directly to the Head of People & Culture, you'll be a trusted advisor to stakeholders, balancing strategic partnering with hands-on HR generalist support.

The Role
n
In this varied position, you'll provide end-to-end HR business partnering support across a complex operational workforce.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Partnering with leaders on a broad range of people, performance and workforce matters
n
Managing employee relations cases including performance, conduct, grievances and investigations
n
Coaching and influencing leaders through complex and sensitive situations
n
Supporting workforce planning, organisational change and consultation activities
n




Providing guidance on employment legislation, policies and procedures
n
Assisting with onboarding, performance reviews, internal mobility and offboarding processes
n
Building strong relationships across operational and corporate sites
n

About You
n
n
5+ years' HR Business Partner, People Partner or Senior HR Advisory experience
n
Strong employee relations and case management capability
n
Experience navigating complex stakeholder settings
n
Demonstrate initiative to influence and coach stakeholders at all levels
n
A commercial, practical and solutions-focused approach
n
Experience within large complex business models or within
infrastructure/construction/project
environments will be highly regarded
n
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Employee Relations or a related discipline
n
