Job Description
atomica, part of Wesfarmers Health, is seeking an experienced Beauty Retail Manager to lead a new concept store in Australia.
This 12-month fixed-term parental leave cover requires a energetic leader who can inspire a team, deliver remarkable customer experiences, and drive sales in a rapid-paced beauty workplace.
You will lead from the front, mentor staff, conduct comprehensive product training, and ensure rostering aligns with business needs while promoting a culture of glow and wellbeing.
