Our client is seeking experienced Machine Operators to join their growing production team at their up-to-date Yatala facility.

In this role, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring and maintaining manufacturing equipment while ensuring production, safety and quality targets are achieved.

Key responsibilities include:

- Operating and adjusting production machinery .
- Completing machine setups and changeovers.
- Monitoring equipment performance and identifying faults .
- Troubleshooting operational issues and supporting downtime reduction.
- Completing quality checks and production documentation.
- Performing routine equipment checks, cleaning and basic maintenance.
- Following all safety procedures and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.





To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and fault-finding ability.
- Ability to work towards production targets and quality standards.
- A strong safety focus and commitment to teamwork.
- Forklift experience advantageous but not necessary
- Experience with corrugated packaging, converting machinery, automated production lines or similar manufacturing equipment will be highly regarded.
