Job Description
Wesley Mission is seeking a Case Manager OOHC (Foster Care)/SIL to support children and young people in out-of-home care and supported independent living. You will work with children, birth families and foster carers to ensure protected, reliable, nurturing placements and help young people build independence and life skills.

Required are a degree in Social Work, Social Welfare, Psychology or related discipline, two years' OOHC experience, and prior case-management experience.
