Job Description
The Royal Children's Hospital Melbourne is seeking a Post Acute Care Registered Nurse (HITH/PAC Level 1) for a 12-month full time fixed-term role in Parkville, Melbourne. You will contribute to a statewide, multidisciplinary service supporting children and young people at home after acute hospital care.

The role requires family-centred nursing, holistic assessment, and coordination of care to ensure protected discharge and continued recovery in the community.
