About the role

In this role you will be responsible for helping to maintain the lawns and gardens of our clients. The ideal candidate possesses an exceptional eye for detail, deep botanical knowledge, and the leadership capacity to drive and manage a team.

- Plant identification, care and use in the landscape
- Weed identification and control
- Pest and disease control
- Safe use of motorized equipment
- Hedge trimming
- Mowing and edging skills
- Tree pruning skills
- Client Relationship Management:

- Maintain a safe work environment

About you

- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in residential gardening
- A qualification in Horticulture or Parks and Garden is essential
- Understanding of plant physiology, soil science, irrigation systems and chemical application safety
- Experience in the use of motorised gardening equipment
- Strong work ethic, absolute reliability, an active listener, with excellent communication and time management skills
- Good computer skills (ability to utilise our online job management system)
- Current driver's license and current police check are mandatory requirements for this position
- Can-do attitude, enthusiastic, passionate and motivated to work outdoors in most weather conditions
