The Opportunity

We are seeking 2 x experienced and motivated Labourers / Leading Hands to join our passionate team on our commercial construction projects.

These are full-time positions , with one role based at our Avalon project and the other at our Bella Vista project .

We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who take pride in their work and want to be part of a team delivering high-quality commercial projects.

About the Role

As a Labourer / Leading Hand, you will play an important role in supporting the smooth delivery of our projects. You’ll work closely with our Site Managers, Foreman's and wider construction team to ensure the site is safe, organised and progressing efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

- General labouring and hands-on construction duties across commercial building projects

- Assisting trades and subcontractors as required

- Maintaining a clean,



organised and safe work environment

- Assisting with site set-up, deliveries and general site maintenance

- Supporting the Site Manager and Site Foreman with day-to-day site activities

- Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard

- Identifying and communicating site issues or hazards

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has previous experience working on commercial construction sites

- Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work

- Has a robust work ethic and positive attitude

- Works well as part of a team

- Has a good understanding of construction site safety

- Can follow instructions and work independently when required

- Takes initiative and is willing to go the extra mile to get the job done

- Has excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality

- Has experience in a Leading Hand capacity, or is ready to take the next step in their construction career
