About the Role

As a Chef, you will take ownership of your section, ensuring every dish leaving the kitchen meets the standards Swillhouseis known for.

Run your section with confidence during preparation and service

Maintain quality, consistency and presentation across all dishes

Keep your section organised, clean and service-ready

Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver smooth and efficient services

About You

As a motivated chef, you will take pride in your craft and approach your work with discipline and attention to detail.

Experience as a Chef de Partie,



Demi Chef or Commis Chef

Confident managing a section in a fast-paced kitchen

Strong preparation, organisation and time management skills

Reliable, focused and collaborative in a team environment

Motivated to continue developing your skills and career
