Around The Clock Care is seeking an experienced Roster Coordinator to join our established and close-knit team. Initially 3 days per week, the position offers the opportunity to progress to full-time employment. You will need excellent communication and problem-solving skills and the ability to respond calmly when last-minute changes arise. Once fully trained and experienced in our systems, you will be required to participate in our after-hours on-call roster approximately 1-2 nights per week.

Key responsibilities

- Roster coordination within a busy care environment
- Matching the right care worker with the right client
- Ensuring continuity of care
- Responding to last-minute changes




- Participating in after-hours on-call roster approximately 1-2 nights per week once fully trained

About you

- Organised and confident
- Experienced in rostering within a busy care setting
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with aged care and/or NDIS participants is highly desirable
- Case management experience would be an advantage
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check required
- Right to work in Australia
