We are seeking a talented Videographer to join the marketing team at Torres Property in Brisbane. This is a full-time position based in our Coorparoo office , offering an exciting opportunity to shape our brand presence across multiple social media platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging, high-quality videos, that resonates with our audience and drives meaningful engagement across our digital channels. You will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining Torres Property's reputation as a forward-thinking player in the property sector.

Proactive Content Creation:

Drive content rather than wait for requests. Proactively grab our people each day to film fresh, engaging reels that showcase their personality, expertise and brand. Edit and deliver completed content back to agents within 24 hours, maintaining a consistent pipeline of relevant, trend-led social content.

Key responsibilities

- Plan, shoot and edit high-quality video content aligned with Torres Property’s brand and marketing objectives
- Proactively identify content opportunities and direct team members to create engaging, personality-led videos
- Produce short-form content, including Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, property videos, agent profiles and behind-the-scenes footage
- Manage the full production process, from concept development and scripting through to filming, editing, colour grading, sound and final delivery
- Deliver fast-turnaround social content, with priority videos completed within 24 hours
- Collaborate with sales agents, property managers and leadership to develop relevant content that showcases our people, properties and company culture




- Maintain a structured filming and editing schedule to ensure a consistent pipeline of content
- Adapt each video for different platforms, formats and audiences while maintaining brand consistency
- Monitor video performance and use audience insights to improve future concepts, formats and editing styles
- Stay current with filming techniques, editing trends, platform changes and emerging content formats
- Organise and maintain video files, footage, equipment and digital asset libraries
- Support broader campaigns, events and company initiatives through professional video coverage and content production

What we’re looking for

- Proven experience as a videographer and video editor, supported by a strong portfolio of short-form, social-first content
- Advanced proficiency with professional cameras, lighting, audio equipment and editing software
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and the content formats that drive engagement
- Ability to plan, shoot and edit polished video content with fast turnaround times
- Creative initiative to identify opportunities, develop original concepts and confidently direct people on camera
- Strong visual storytelling skills with an eye for composition, pacing, sound, colour and brand consistency
- Highly organised and capable of managing multiple shoots,



edits and deadlines simultaneously
- Confident communication skills and the ability to help different personalities feel natural on camera
- Experience filming property, lifestyle, personal-brand or corporate content is highly desirable
- Working knowledge of social media analytics, trends, captions and hashtag strategies to improve reach and performance
