Job Description
Coolamon Shire Council is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate care for clients with complex needs in the community.
You will conduct thorough nursing assessments, provide direct nursing care in clients' homes, and support non-clinical Care Partners to ensure secure, person-centred services.
