We’re looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant team and deliver friendly top notch service to our guests.
You’ll be the driving force of our busy and well-loved restaurant, working closely with the Head Chef to ensure smooth coordination between FOH and BOH. From managing reservations, guest experience, and team performance to ensuring a high standard of service, ambience, you’ll lead by example with enthusiasm, calm, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily FOH operations
- Deliver superb guest experiences and manage feedback
- Lead, train, and motivate staff
- Rostering
- Maxamise profitabilty and work to achieve forecasted budgets
- Uphold health and safety standards

About You

- 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a similar setting
- Robust leadership, communication, and financial skills
- Confident multitasker with a calm, proactive attitude
- Current RSA
