Our client is a highly regarded Senior Agent with 19 years with the business and an impressive track record of selling approximately 70 properties each year. With a strong local reputation and an established pipeline, they are looking for an ambitious Sales Associate / Co-Agent who wants to develop their skills and grow into an agent in their own right.

The Role

Working closely with the Senior Agent, you’ll play a key role across the entire sales campaign, gaining hands‑on exposure to the skills and responsibilities required to become a successful Sales Agent.

- Run open homes, inspections and buyer appointments while building robust buyer relationships
- Assist with listing presentations, appraisals and new business opportunities
- Manage property campaigns from launch through to sale, including auctions and negotiations
- Prospect, cold call and build a strong pipeline of buyers, vendors and future listings
- Work closely with the Senior Agent, gaining hands‑on mentorship across the full sales process and developing towards your own Sales Agent career

About You

We’re looking for someone ambitious, driven and serious about building a long-term career in real estate sales .

- 1+ year experience in real estate, ideally Sales and/or Leasing
- Strong ambition to progress into a Sales Agent role
- Confident, professional and highly personable with buyers and vendors
- Proactive, competitive and comfortable with prospecting and cold calling
- Excellent communication, organisation, follow-up and time management skills
