Weare looking for an individual to work effectively as a part of the Plant, Fleet& Stores Team assisting with the organisation and management of inventorysupplies within the store, and storage areas within the Alan Turner Depot.

- Permanent, full time position (38 hoursper week).
- Remuneration package of $2,562.04 gross per fortnight with theopportunity to progress to $3,074.45 gross per fortnight + superannuation (12%).

Your new role:

Asthe Stores Assistant, you will ensure stock levels are maintained, products arestored appropriately, and regular inventory checks are conducted for quality andaccuracy, as well as support stock-related tasks and provide a high level ofcustomer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Duties of this position will include but arenot limited to:

- Assisting internalstakeholders with order fulfilments, assisting with picking, packing andpreparing orders for dispatch and or collection.
- Ensuring ahigh-level of customer service and customer satisfaction. Assistinginternal stakeholders' product information and enquiries.
- Assisting orderprocessing and documentation, managing returns and exchanges with internaland external stakeholders.
- Assisting withstores warehouse inventory system and functions including stocktaking.Ensure stock levels are relevant to organisational requirements.
- Undertakingadministrative tasks relevant to the role.
- Assisting withhire arrangements for internal and externally owned fleet.
- Conductingmaintenance and repairs throughout the Alan Turner Depot includingexternal grounds,



and security procedures.
- Utilising andmaintain small items of plant, equipment, tools (hand and power) andpersonal protective equipment and clothing (PPE/C) in accordance withCouncil standards.

The successful applicant will have:

- Class C Driver'sLicence.
- GeneralConstruction Induction Certificate (White Card).
- NationalCertificate of Competency Forklift (Class LF).
- Front End LoaderCertificate (Class LL).
- Conduct TelescopicMaterials Handler Operations (RIIHAN309F).
- Current AQFChemical Safety Certificate (Desirable).
