This role will see you resolving enquiries, processing transactions, and using multiple systems to deliver accurate, timely and customer-focused outcomes.

Key responsibilities

- You will deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting while building positive relationships, solving problems and contributing to continuous improvement.
- Working as part of a team delivering customer support through a busy multi-channel contact centre, you'll assist internal and external customers across phone, live chat and administrative channels.

- Your communication skills, customer focus and ability to multitask, gained in customer service, administration, shared services or contact centre environments, will see you thrive in this role.
- You're recognised for providing great customer experiences, working collaboratively and adapting quickly to new systems and processes.
