Delivery Driver & Warehouse Assistant | Food & Wine

The Role

We are seeking a professional, reliable, and customer-focused Medium Rigid (MR) Delivery Driver to join our tight-knit team based at our Lidcombe, NSW warehouse. This is a permanent, full-time position offering stable day shifts from Monday to Friday.

This is a dynamic, dual-function role. While your primary responsibility is navigating metro Sydney routes to deliver premium goods safely, you will also work closely with our warehouse team and assist with general warehousing duties when required or during quieter driving periods.

Key Responsibilities

- Safe transport and timely delivery of food and wine orders across the Sydney metropolitan area.
- Face-to-face customer service upon delivery, representing our brand with a professional and helpful attitude.
- Conducting pre-start vehicle checks and maintaining the cleanliness of your assigned vehicle.
- Completing delivery paperwork and proof of delivery (POD) accurately.




- Assisting with warehouse duties as required , including order picking, packing, receiving stock, and keeping the warehouse clean and organized.
- Adhering to all heavy vehicle regulations and warehouse safe-work procedures.

Skills and Experience Required

- Valid Australian MR (Medium Rigid) licence with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in multi-stop delivery driving, preferably within Sydney metro areas.
- A versatile, team-player attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and help out in the warehouse.
- Physical fitness and the ability to handle heavy lifting, trolley work, and repetitive loading/unloading.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- High attention to detail to ensure accurate picking and delivery of orders.
- A Forklift licence (LF) is highly regarded but not essential.
