We are looking for an experienced, confident and highly organised Salon Concierge to be the central point of contact for our four salon locations.

As hair extension specialists, many of our client enquiries require a more personalised and knowledgeable approach. You’ll be responsible for managing incoming phone calls, online enquiries and bookings across all four salons, helping clients understand which services may be right for them and guiding them through the first stage of their salon journey.

You’ll provide knowledgeable advice over the phone, assist with hair extension and general hair service enquiries, and ensure every client receives a warm, professional and seamless experience from their very first interaction with us.

Because this role involves consulting with clients and recommending appropriate services, previous hairdressing experience is essential. You’ll need a robust understanding of hair, colour and salon services, with the confidence to ask the right questions around a client’s hair, desired result, maintenance expectations and appointment requirements. Previous hair extension knowledge is highly regarded, however further training on our extension methods and services will be provided.

Key responsibilities

- Answer and manage incoming phone calls for all four salon locations

- Book, reschedule and manage client appointments across multiple salon diaries

- Conduct initial consultations over the phone and help clients determine the most appropriate service or consultation

- Confidently discuss hair extensions, including suitability, maintenance, appointment requirements and the client journey





- Use your hairdressing knowledge to discuss colour, treatments, styling and other salon services

- Ask the right questions to understand a client’s current hair, desired result and service requirements

- Respond promptly and professionally to website, online and other digital enquiries

- Match clients with the appropriate stylist, service and salon location

- Manage new-client and hair extension enquiries and convert them into confirmed consultations and bookings

- Ensure appointments are booked correctly with the appropriate services and timing

- Provide clear information regarding pricing, availability, salon policies, maintenance and appointment preparation

- Maintain accurate and detailed client notes and booking information

- Deliver a consistently high level of client care across every interaction

About you

- Previous hairdressing experience — essential

- Strong knowledge of hair, colour and salon services

- Hair extension knowledge or experience — highly regarded

- The ability to confidently consult with clients over the phone and ask the right questions

- A genuine interest in hair extensions and creating an exceptional client experience

- Excellent phone manner and customer service skills

- Strong computer and booking-system skills

- The ability to manage multiple salon diaries and priorities simultaneously

- Excellent attention to detail

- Strong written communication skills for responding to online enquiries

- A calm, solutions-focused approach during busy periods or challenging situations

- Confidence recommending appropriate services and converting enquiries into consultations and confirmed bookings
