Job Description

The Lucky Charm Qvb Core responsibilities include: Managing and preparing the store's operational and sales budgets. Strategically managing product assortment, optimal inventory holdings, and elevating customer service benchmarks. Developing and executing procurement and promotional strategies, including competitive pricing frameworks.

Driving promotional activities and marketing campaigns to enhance the visibility of the business's offerings. Leading sales efforts, providing expert product advice, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Overseeing accurate record-keeping for inventory movements and financial dealings.

Spearheading recruitment, onboarding, professional development, and day-to-day guidance of the retail team. Upholding and enforcing all occupational health and safety standards and protocols within the store. Being multilingual will be considered an advantage.

In return you will receive:

- Package: $79,000 - $80,000 per annum plus superannuation
- Position: Full time (38 hours a week)

Requirements of position

AQF associate degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma and at least 3 years of experience
