BuildRight Construction AU is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to lead a high-volume kitchen in Current South Wales.
The role focuses on culinary leadership, staff development and maintaining high standards during peak service.
The successful candidate will drive daily kitchen operations, coordinate menus and ensure food safety and hygiene across all service periods, including evenings and weekends.
