Key responsibilities
- Post submission communication with lenders & clients
- Post Settlement communication with clients
- Manage client files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date
- Keep up to date on industry regulations and changes
About you
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in Mercury and Apply online (Preferably with Connective) and/or Loan App
- Cert 4 in Mortgage Brokering and Finance
- Robust organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
