About the Role

This is a part‑time Associate Dentist position offering 2-3 days per week, across a combination of Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Availability for one late evening clinic forms part of the role.

You will provide comprehensive general dental care to an established and growing patient base, with the autonomy to diagnose, treatment plan and care for your patients according to your own clinical judgement.

There is opportunity for these sessions to grow and evolve as both the successful applicant and the practice continue to develop.

Scope of Practice

Our practice provides a broad range of dentistry, including:

- Preventative and general dentistry
- Restorative dentistry
- CEREC same-day indirect restorations
- Endodontics
- Cosmetic dentistry
- Clear aligner therapy and orthodontics
- Implant dentistry, including implant placement and implant restorations
- Periodontics
- Extractions and minor oral surgery
- Comprehensive and multidisciplinary treatment planning

You are not expected to provide every treatment listed above.

We encourage our clinicians to develop their own areas of interest while maintaining a strong foundation in general dentistry. Internal referrals and collaboration between clinicians are welcomed.





Modern Dentistry & Technology

- CEREC digital workflow for same-day indirect restorations using ceramic, zirconia and hybrid restorative materials
- 3D intraoral scanners, including Primescan and TRIOS 3
- Digital radiography
- EMS Airflow
- Rotary endodontics

If you enjoy digital dentistry, restorative workflows and comprehensive treatment planning, you will have the opportunity to further develop these skills.

Clinical Autonomy, Collaboration & Development

You will work alongside the principal dentist and two Associate Dentists in a collaborative clinical environment.

Our clinicians regularly discuss cases, treatment planning and clinical experiences while respecting each dentist's individual approach and clinical autonomy.

Our dentists also meet approximately every six weeks to discuss interesting cases, treatment planning, new techniques and clinical experiences, creating a culture of continual learning and shared professional growth.

Mentorship and clinical guidance are available where desired, while experienced associates are given the autonomy to practise in their own style.
