O'Hara Hotels in Salamander Bay is seeking a passionate Duty Manager to lead daily operations of the Salamander Hotel.
The role focuses on operational excellence, guest experience, and team leadership.
You will partner with the General Manager to drive service standards, mentor staff, and ensure a compliant and effective venue.
Night and weekend shifts are essential, with real growth opportunities within the group.
