We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to join our northern sales team in Morningside!

About the role

The Sales Coordinator - Northern is responsible for coordinating sales administration and operational support activities for our Northern region's sales team. Acting as a critical link between field sales representatives, customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders, the role ensures the productive planning, execution, and follow-up of sales activities.

Key responsibilities

Provide sales administration, customer service, and operational support to the Northern Region Sales Team, ensuring efficient day-to-day sales operations.

Manage and qualify incoming sales enquiries, leads, showroom enquiries, and customer requests, ensuring timely allocation and follow-up by the appropriate sales team member.

Prepare and coordinate quotations, presentations, reports, correspondence, and other sales support materials as required by the Regional Manager and Sales Team.

Coordinate regional sales events, customer demonstrations, dealer meetings, training sessions, and trade show activities, including invitations, bookings, and administration.

Act as a key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, providing professional, responsive,



and solutions-focused support.

About you

Excellent customer service and telephone communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach.

Experience in a sales support, customer service, or sales administration environment; foodservice industry experience is advantageous.

Strong planning, prioritisation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

Strong verbal, written and numerical communication skills, with the ability to work independently, build trusted customer relationships, understand customer needs, and provide clear, confident, and effective solutions-focused support
