About the Role

Whether you are an Educator, Room Leader, or ECT, you will:

About You

- Passionate about early childhood education and child development

- Confident, collaborative, and committed to delivering quality programs

- Experienced in implementing the National Quality Framework in early childhood settings

- For Room Leaders and Teachers: Leadership skills to mentor, guide, and inspire teams

Essential Criteria

- Educators : Certificate III or Diploma (or WT) qualification in Early Childhood Education

- Room Leaders : Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and a minimum 1 year experience in a Room Lead role

- Early Childhood Teachers : Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) with NESA registration. WT will be considered depending on experience.

- Experience in an early childhood education role

- Strong knowledge of National Regulations, Law, and the NQF

- Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Food Hygiene, and Child Protection training

- Full-time work rights in Australia
