Roles and Responsibilities:

- Provide campaign marketing support to the Sales team for all listings including but not limited to:
- Manage marketing budgets and bookings, liaising with internal and external media teams and suppliers
- Prepare all marketing for upcoming listings, communicating with Agents and teams about changes and deadlines
- Manage all listings in Vault and NurtureCloud and send properties live
- Maintaining records and files for each property listing
- Rostered Auction support for our in-room Auctions, preparing presentations, bidder registrations and bids.
- Provide marketing and administrative support to the Sales agents for any ad-hoc marketing needed, with support from the Brand Marketing Team
- Working with the Accounts and Compliance teams within the business to ensure all marketing funds are tracked, and all compliance is completed
- Maintaining positive and productive relationships with the Sales team and fellow staff members
- Delivering a high level of service and support to the Sales team, with great attention to detail and ability to execute all tasks within their deadlines

The Ideal Candidate:

- Experience in a similar role for at least 1-2 years
- A positive, solutions-focused attitude
- Great attention to detail and ability to prioritiseand work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Vault RE, Brand Central, ContentHouse, Canva, PDF Editor or similar systems
- Salary package dependent on experience, negotiable for the right candidate, experience and start date.
