What You’ll Do

- Carry out routine gardening and landscape maintenance, including mowing, pruning, hedging, weeding, edging, fertilising, pest and disease management, and green waste removal.

- Assist with the delivery of small landscape projects & refurbishment works of existing landscaping.

- Monitor and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper hydration of plants.

- Operate and maintain gardening equipment and tools.

- Ensure all work is conducted in a secure compliant manner.

The successful candidate will have worked in a similar role and bring:

- Relevant experience in gardening, landscaping, or horticulture, or demonstrated capability for outdoor work.
- Current unrestricted Australian Driver's License.
- Sound knowledge of plants, seasonal gardening practices and basic landscape construction principles
Proficiency in operating landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, hedge trimmers and chainsaws.
- Physical fitness with ability to perform tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods.
- A friendly, professional manner.
- Excellent communication skills and the maturity to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with basic irrigation systems.
- Experience developing annual garden maintenance schedules, budgets and reporting on work progress.
- Highly advantageous to have previous experience in irrigation installation and repair.
