We are now looking for a superstar Chef de Partie to join our experienced and friendly team in our quick paced kitchen.

About the role:

Liaise with Head Chef & Sous Chef to supervise kitchen operations

Supervise the production, preparation & quality of food

Lead staff training program

Coordinate cleanliness of the kitchen

Conduct & review food stock control systems

Generate & report daily production

Deliver effective communication across teams and management

About you:

Two years in a similar role

Demonstrated experience working within a multifaceted high-volume venue

Demonstrated experience supervising procedures and standards within a successful kitchen environment

Passionate about the hospitality industry, love,

Creative, natural ability to lead, inspire & motivate a team

Have a passion for training and developing employees

Invested in career progression

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higher

Ability to work a seven-day rotating roster
