We have an exciting opportunity for a Trade Marketing & Events Coordinator to join our team in Silverwater. This is a hands‑on and diverse role for someone who loves bringing brands to life. You will work across trade marketing, events, sponsorships and sales support, helping deliver everything from major customer activations and promotions through to events and trade shows.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and execute trade marketing campaigns and in‑store consumer promotions.
- Support the development of POS materials, promotional assets and customer communications.
- Manage events end‑to‑end, including coffee cart bookings, baristas, staffing, stock, logistics and on‑the‑day execution.
- Coordinate sponsorship activations and ensure all deliverables are executed to a high standard.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, venues and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain event schedules,



budgets and post‑event reporting.
- Assist with customer presentations, business reviews and new business tenders.
- Develop sales flyers, presentations and other promotional materials.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide post‑campaign insights

About You

- 2–3 years’ experience in events, trade marketing, sales support or a similar coordination role.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability.
- Confidence managing multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience using Canva and AI tools for design is highly desirable.
- A genuine passion for coffee, hospitality, brands and creating great customer experience
