Account Service Associate | Bank of China Melbourne Box Hill Branch (One Year Maternity Leave Cover)

Bank of China is seeking a skilled energetic and highly motivated Account Service Associate to join BOC branch in Melbourne Box Hill. The individual will be mainly responsible for Bank Business Operation and Customer Inquiries. This is a one-year maternity leave cover contract role.

To be successful in this role you need to have the below qualifications and skills:

- Thorough understanding of banking industry and market in Australia
- Comprehensive knowledge of various of retail banking products, i.e. Deposit, Remittance, Accounts, Foreign Exchange, as well as Accounts Opening
- Previous retail banking experience within financial services is highly appreciated
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills with the proven ability to liaise with people of different backgrounds
- Fluent in English, Mandarin, both oral and written
- Exemplary natural ability to work independently as well as in a team.
