About the role

To be the welcoming, professional first point ofcontact for the community, ensuring consistent access to Council services,information, and support across all channels.

The role provides frontline service for enquiries,transactions, and requests, while also supporting business processes such asfacility bookings. By combining accuracy with care, the role helps deliverCouncil’s “One Region, One Team ” vision , ensuring services areaccessible, well-managed, and trusted.

This position also provides regional relief to othercustomer service centres as required.

Details

- Permanent, Full-time Position




- MaranoaRegional Council Certified Agreement 2023 - Stream A- Level 3 - $72,476.02 per annum
- Maranoalocality allowance $72.00 per fortnight
- Worka 9-day fortnight with a Rostered Day Off.
- Access Long service leave after seven (7) years
- Fiveweeks of annual leave annually
- Ten weeks (full pay) paid parental leave, twenty weeks (half pay) paid parental leave
- Threeweeks sick leave annually
