About the Role

Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking an experienced Fitter/Machinist CNC Machine Operator to be based at our Rutherford Workshop.

Key Duties

- set up and operate CNC machine to manufacture precision components in accordance with engineering drawings, specifications, quality standards and production requirements,
- maintain CNC machine and a safe and efficient workshop environment
- Build robust working relationships with other team members
- perform quality checks and complete production and inspection documentation to a high standard





The key team members we are looking for needs:

- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Programming ability and skills
- Appropriate trade qualifications (Statement of Attainment MEM30205 – Certificate III in Engineering or equivalent)
- Enjoys a large variety of work and is able to prioritise competing jobs and work to deadlines.
- Proven ability to provide quality customer service outcomes
- Proven problem-solving ability with strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Awareness of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) requirements; and
- A strong commitment to safe work practices
