ENROLLED NURSE

Brisbane Migraine Specialists is a specialist neurology and infusion practice dedicated to the treatment of chronic migraine and headache disorders. Led by Director and neurologist Dr Nicole Limberg, our team delivers advanced therapies including Vyepti infusions, Botox for chronic migraine, CGRP therapies, and nerve blocks in a supportive, patient-centred environment.

About the role

We're seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join our clinical team on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid clinical/front-of-house role, ideal for a nurse with infusion, procedural, or specialist practice interest who is also happy to support reception and patient flow in a small, close-knit practice.

Key responsibilities

Clinical

- Assist with Vyepti infusion administration and patient monitoring
- Support Botox and nerve block procedures
- Prepare and maintain clinical treatment rooms and equipment, including emergency response readiness
- Undertake patient assessments using tools such as HIT-6 and MIDAS
- Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care throughout the treatment journey
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with practice policy

Reception

- Greet and check in patients on arrival, including BNTRX process




- Manage appointment bookings and scheduling
- Answer and triage phone and email enquiries
- Process patient payments and Medicare rebate claiming
- Maintain accurate patient records and registration details
- Support day-to-day administrative workflow and doctor scheduling

About you

- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
- Interest in infusion therapy, procedural nursing, and specialist practice highly regarded
- Comfortable balancing clinical duties with front-desk/reception responsibilities
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to patient safety and clinical governance
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine, empathetic approach to patient care
- Comfortable working with practice management systems (Genie experience an advantage)
- Current CPR/emergency response certification (or willingness to obtain)
