About the Role

In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our service operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative and operational support to Service Managers
- Schedule technicians, service jobs, and routine maintenance activities
- Respond to customer enquiries and act as a key point of contact
- Coordinate and manage basic inspections and repair works




- Review and process service reports
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams
- Assist with other duties as required
