Status: Fixed Term/Full Time - until November 2027
The Opportunity
The Customer Contact Quality Control Officer is responsible for assisting to deliver customer experience improvement initiatives and projects, by conducting call reviews and CRM Compliance reviews. You will be required to analyse your findings and provide coaching and training to the Customer Contact team. This role will focus on the continuous training and development of the Customer Contact team.
The key ones include:
- Conduct call monitoring to identify training deficiencies, skill gaps and performance improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to the overall success and performance of the team, prepare statistics on individual and team contributions and report to the Customer Contact Coordinator.
- Provide coaching to Customer Contact Team in consultation with Customer Contact Coordinator.

Proven/Demonstrated experience in:
- High level interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and present information to individuals and teams at all levels to clearly communicate objectives and requirements.
- Proven leadership experience in coaching for individual performance improvement.
- Ability to analyse problems by gathering and organising all relevant information.
- Commitment to effective contact centre operations and service experience.
- Excellent customer service to assure customer satisfaction and commitment to effective contact centre operations and service experience.
