As our organisation and marketing function continue to grow, we are excited to introduce a newly created Marketing Executive role.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll support the delivery of patient, healthcare skilled (HCP) and corporate marketing initiatives across the Cornerstone Health network. This is a hands-on role offering exposure to CRM, digital marketing, social media, customer experience, local area marketing and brand activities.

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Executive provides operational marketing support for patient, healthcare professional (HCP), and corporate marketing activities across the Cornerstone Health network. Acting as a key liaison between centre operations and the marketing team, the role coordinates local marketing initiatives, HCP communications and centre-specific marketing requirements to ensure consistent and effective execution of marketing programs. The role is also responsible for delivering designated patient communications, supporting CRM activity, managing social media coordination,



and assisting with the day-to-day implementation of marketing initiatives across the business.

Cornerstone Health has a 5-day work week in the office.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate and support medical centre-level marketing initiatives across the Cornerstone Health network.

Manage healthcare professional commencement communications and support practitioner onboarding marketing activities.

Provide administration and troubleshooting support for the membership program.

Support HCP and corporate CRM communications, including email and database-related activities.

Manage designated patient communications, including responsibility for dental CRM campaigns.

Coordinate the development, scheduling and publishing of medical centre social media content across relevant channels.

Maintain centre marketing assets, including signage, collateral and digital screen content.

Monitor and report on customer experience metrics including NPS and Google Reviews, escalating opportunities or issues as required.

Conduct local market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities and insights.

Support the implementation and execution of marketing campaigns and projects across patient, HCP and corporate marketing functions.

About you

Minimum 3 years' experience in a marketing coordination, marketing executive, assistant brand manager or similar role.

Experience supporting marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Experience coordinating content, communications and stakeholder requests.

Experience working with marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce is desirable.

Experience working in healthcare or a regulated environment is desirable.
