Love product, know your numbers and get a kick out of seeing the right stock land at the right time?

Blue Bungalow is looking for a Merchandiser to join our Merchandise team and help turn great product into great commercial outcomes.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves being close to the product but is equally comfortable getting into the detail - analysing performance, forecasting stock, working with suppliers and spotting opportunities to make a range work harder.

What you'll be doing

You'll coordinate a diverse portfolio of brands and products, including:

- Analysing sales, stock, returns and product performance to understand what's working… and what isn't
- Forecasting units and preparing core line projections to support senior management's stock decisions
- Coordinating purchase orders from placement through to delivery
- Working closely with suppliers on orders, delivery performance and opportunities
- Putting together range boards, size curves and product proposals to support range decisions
- Identifying markdown opportunities and recommendations
- Looking for new colours, exclusives and opportunities within existing assortments
- Keeping product and order data accurate across our systems
- Working closely with our Fulfilment Centre to resolve stock and delivery issues
- Bringing clear, commercial insights back to the wider team





Who we're looking for

You might already be a Junior Merchandiser, Assistant Merchandiser, Buyer's Assistant or Merchandise Coordinator in fashion, and ready to step into a broader role.

You'll ideally bring 1-2 years' experience in retail merchandising, purchasing or procurement, along with solid Excel skills and confidence working with data.

More importantly, you'll be someone who:

- Gets things done. You're organised, accurate and comfortable juggling plenty of moving pieces.
- Builds relationships. You can work confidently with suppliers and internal teams and know when an email, phone call or quick WhatsApp will get the best result.
- Is commercially curious. You want to understand why something sold, why it didn't and what we should do next.
- Loves product. You notice the details and understand that great merchandising starts with knowing our customer.
