Diploma/Certificate III qualified/actively studying educators

We are currently recruiting Diploma/Certificate III qualified/actively studying educators to join our team. We place a solid emphasis on children's rights and believe that children are capable and confident learners. We believe in developing a 'home away from home' for the children in our care.

Key responsibilities

- Create a safe, fun and welcoming environment
- Form genuine relationships with children, parents and team members
- Work as a team with fantastic communication skills
- Demonstrate excellent time management and organisation skills
- Apply working knowledge of the EYLF & NQS/NQF
- Plan and implement a quality early learning program
- Document children's individual learning
- Critically reflect and strive for continuous improvement

About you

- ACECQA approved qualification or equivalent or actively studying
- Current Blue Card / Exemption card depending on role applying for
- ACECQA approved First Aid & CPR qualification or willing to obtain




- Child Protection Certificate (or willing to complete online training)
- Food Handling Certificate (or willing to complete online training)
- Previous experience in an early childhood setting
- Able to bring enthusiasm, flexibility, professionalism, motivation and reliability to the role
